**New Pictures**
Okay so probably about a year has passed since I updated this section of the webpage...so yes...I do spend quite a bit of time with this as you can tell. The format changes more often though...so there's always that to see. But anyway...my name is Brooke. In the fall I'll be transferring to Northern Illinois University as an Art major. I love the process that goes into creating something. And the feeling I get from accomplishing something I've made...as do most people. I'm pretty open when it comes to what I specifically want to study in Art...but I'm leaning toward metalworking and glass. I love learning...so I guess I'll see. Anyway...I live near Chicago. Mainly I like to just hangout, listen to music, movies, read, talk and shop. I'm really into poetry, reading...writing it, whatever. My favorites are Allen Ginsberg and Mark Van Doren. I recommend Ginsberg to everyone...but even more I recommend Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead...I love it...it's my favorite book. Personally, I am very sarcastic and cynical but I'm pretty laid back and easy going...and try to make the best of every situation. Anyway, I'm very into music, mainly rock alternative. My favorite band is Nine Inch Nails...but I like all types of music...classic rock, 80's, oldies, jazz...I'll listen to just about anything...except for rap.
