  Parents can receive free local child care referrals by calling us! All providers in our Association are licensed.

  How We Help Providers . . .

  • Monthly Meetings are held with informative speakers, helpful training, new ideas, and an opportunity for providers to network with other providers.
  • A Monthly Newsletter is mailed out with information pertaining to local, state, and national issues.
  • A Free Referral Service is offered for licensed providers to assist in building their business.
  • Providers can become accredited through the National Association of Family Child Care.
  • Workshops & Seminars are offered striving for our goal of quality child care.

It is committed to serving children and members in an unbiased manner. It is building a professional base where providers can gain support, recognition and education. It maintains the highest degree of integrity and concern for children, families, and child care providers. It is unique in it’s spirit. We, as members, are bound by direction, pride, enthusiasm, & commitment.

  The Family Day Care Association of the Santa Clarita Valley meets every second Tuesday of the month at the New Apostolic Church on Bouquet Canyon Road, 7:00pm. It is open to childcare providers and childcare advocates throughout the Santa Clarita area.

  On April 25, 2009 there was a free event for children and parents at COC to celebrate Day of the Child. Play Day! The FDCASCV had a table there and kids were able to dress up.
