The Community Reintegration Support Program provides assistance to youth during the 1/3 community supervision order of a Custody and Supervision Order sentence.
Our focus is to provide intensive supervision and/or programming for youth in order to suppor their successful reintegration into their community.
Programs can be provided for both Probation and Community Supervision clients.
COMMUNITY REINTEGRATION SUPPORT INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide Reintegration Support Worker
Facilitation of start-up costs for housing
Securing appropriate housing
Support reintegration into the education system
Provides links to employment services
Provides links to financial assistance
Support for reintegration within family
Facilitation of start-up allowance for employment purposes
