Especially for submissives it sometimes can be hard or embarrasing to bring certain things up. And this wouldn't be an excuse not to talk about it, but a way to, to fill it out and then sit and talk it through. To download this form please go to end of this page and click on the link. |

From Dr Spankenstein: This negotiation form is designed to be as versatile and comprehensive as possible. It can be used to plan a single scene, or as an aid in contract negotiations for a “Collared” long term relationship. It can (and should) be used by prospective partners before they first Scene together, or it can be used as an aid for established couples to generate new themes to explore. It lists a wide variety of sexual Dominance and submission play techniques, but by no means all types. It is meant to act as a general framework. It is not meant to be a replacement for getting to know and trust a prospective play partner on a personal level, but it can be an aid to this process. Both the Dominant and the submissive partner should fill out a copy and exchange the information. Complete honesty and candor is necessary for this form to be most effective. I. PEOPLE A.
