Hullo. This site is dedicated to the beautiful people in my favourite band, Stretch Princess. Here you will find pictures, sounds, links, and other good stuff all about them. So sit back, pull up a mouse, and enjoy...
I first heard of Stretch Princess a few months ago. In February I attempted to see them in concert near a place I was staying, but missed out because the band they were opening for called in sick. So I figured they wouldn't be playing. My loss. Fortunatly, I met the band when they were playing at South Street Seaport in NY. They were so incredibly nice and we shared pleasant conversations throughout the night. I hope soon to put up all the pictures, but until I can scan them properly, I will have to wait. At the moment I have three pictures available from the Seaport- one is of me and Dave, the other one, which is the whole mess of us, is really blurred, and there is one of my mate, Dean, with the lads in the group. He looks like James' younger brother. Hehe. Anyway, if you'd still like to see them, click here.

These are the members of Stretch Princess. From L to R: Jo, James, and Dave Dave plays the drums, Jo plays pulse and sings, and James plays guitar.

Latest news as of February 23- Nothing. The Stretchies seem to have dropped off the face of this planet. "Nice Thing" by Stretch Princess will be included in the TV series Jack & Jill. Check it out this upcoming Sunday, October 24, 1999 at 9pm est on the WB. Jack & Jill is a new one-hour series about twentysomethings finding their place - and each other - in New York City. "Universe" will be featured in the October 5th episode (season premiere) of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" - Act 1, Scene 2. For those of you who don't know, "Buffy" is on Tuesday nights on the WB.
More recently, the bands material has been used in numerous movies and TV programs. The single "Free" made its television debut on the show "The Crow" in the episode "The Road Not Taken", which aired during the week of April 26th and May 2nd.
The new single "Sorry" will be featured in the upcoming movie, "Teaching Mrs. Tingle".
The song "Nice Thing" has been used on previews for the WB11 show "Felicity". It was also used in one of the episodes.

More of their pretty faces... See, the thing about these pictures is that they do no justice. Dave, Jo, and James are such beautiful people, and yes these pictures show them off that way. Crazy Nights?
This pic was taken in one of the limo's. Isn't it a good one? Stretch Princess portray themselves extremely well. As a whole, they have a style all their own. The clothes they wear are catchy to the eye. The music is inspiring. Their lyrics are moving. Jo's voice is absolutely incredible. The radio will be buzzing of them in no time. In all seriousness, they are three of the most beautiful, down to earth people I've ever met.
Soon I hope to have loads more items on here, but for now this will have to do. Come back from time to time to check what has been updated.
