Metallica are Sueing again! this time a Carpenter who named his Buisness Metallika! anyway, nothing tramatic, just that...why did he do it at all? what a stupid fucking thing to do! would you name your work after the greatest rock band who ever lived? i mean really? mmm? Their not as much as Sueing but telling the dumb bastard to re-name it, made Their loyers travel out of their way to tell him to change it, a phone call are an email would of saved a few.

update in the world of Metallica, (13.07.01 [dd.mm.yy]) We see Two charts...one chart is the Gods of Thunder, listed 1-20, the second, Top 20 live acts...Metallica..Now..Metallica came No1, thats first place, that beat limp bizshit, and unfortunatly Pantera, in the Gods of Thunder, top 20 Metal Acts.
in the Top 20 best live acts, Metallica got 3rd place, beated by bon jovi, and aerosmith who came 1st. I can only see, out of those 3, MetallicA being the ONLY metal band there!.
Metallica have not found a new bassist YET, and i hear a new album due out later this year ;) i hope its good!
