Priest of St. Charles, Missouri undersigned having Received the mutual 
consent of Wiliam Miller son of Steven Miller and 
Catherine McHaverbours born in the state of Pennsylvania. In the United 
States of America, and of the Presbyterian faith. On the other hand Jenny 
Martin , minor daughter of Adam Martin and Mary McMillin also of the state of 
Pennsylvania in the United States of America, and also of the Presbyterian 
church. ON the other hand having not found any improprieties or objections to 
their marriage. I married both of them according to the charter of the 
Majesty, the King. Both subjects being of Non Catholic faith living in this 
colony, both have promised to fulfill their duties and observe the law 
prescribed by said charter in the presence of witness , parents and friends 
who sign with us in the town of St. Ferdinand of Florisant, in the house of 
the father of the bride on the said date of March 3, 1801
