Guernsey Bisect Covers 1940-41

Due to the shortage of 1d stamps in Guernsey, permission was given to bisect a 2d stamp for penny postage. However the situation was not made much better, as stamp collectors/dealers set about buying up all the GB 2d stamps and producing many bisected covers.
