My Aerosmith FAQ Part II
Who is saying "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain." on A Little South of Sanity, and what does it mean?
That voice is a soundclip from the movie The Wizard of Oz. If you wondering why that is even said at all, it is because for part of the GAG tour the whole band huddled up around the drum riser with a curtain around them, while "Intro" was played, then the curtain was raised and they blasted into Eat The Rich.

I swore I saw Brad at a race on TV...
You might have. He works as part of racer Kenny Wallace's pit crew from time to time. Most of the band are big NASCAR fans, especially Brad, who also likes to race cars. Anyways... Kenny is a big Aero fan too, and his website (www.kennywallaceracing.com) has an Aerosmith section.

I thought Aerosmith recorded a song for the Runaway Bride soundtrack, but it's not on there...
Aerosmith did record one (Blue Eyes Blue), but as Steven puts it "it wasn't suitable for framing Aerosmith in". I think it was either written by someone else or was a cover, in which case it would be, of course, both. A version by Eric Clapton was used instead.

Has any Aerosmith member ever been on MTV's Celebrity Deathmatch?
Yes. Steven was one it once, and he (for some reason) lost to Mick Jagger.

What Aerosmith single stayed on the charts the longest?
It's Cryin', which stayed on the Billboard charts for 42 weeks.

What do the foreign words mean in the Nine Lives cd booklet?
Here are the translations:
Mietras El craneo-vuela libra nuestro heroe
While the brain (mind) flies our hero is freed

Camina Camina El Chichon hace eruptcion
Walk Walk the volcano erupts
Es mejor salir fuera de aqui
It's best to get out of here
Justo a tiempo
Just in time
!Desgracia! Vroom!
Disgrace! Vroom!

What's this about Steven and Joe owning a restaurant?
Well there is a restaurant in Norwell, MA called Mount Blue that Steven and Joe are business partners in. They serve a variety of foods, and their specialty is pizza. They also offer live music.
