Note: Any feedback, objections or representations with respect to the Proposed LAP must be made, IN WRITING ONLY, to the Forward Planning Section, Planning and Development Dept, Limerick County Council, County Hall, Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick and must be received before 3.30pm on 11th July 2008 in order be taken into consideration before the final Local Area Plan is made. Adare's Local Area Plan (LAP)
Limerick County Council has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Planning and Development Act, 2000 - 2006, prepared a Proposed (Draft) Local Area Plan (LAP) for the Adare village area. Details on the Proposed LAP can be accessed by clicking on the web link above. In addition, copies of the Proposed LAP may be inspected, until the 11th July 2008, at the Public Library in Adare, during normal opening hours, as well as the Public Libraries in Dooradoyle and the Granary, Michael Street, Limerick city, plus at the County Hall, in Dooradoyle, between 9.30am and 3.30pm - Mon to Fri. The detailed Plan may also be purchased for the price of €25.00 from the Limerick County Council Offices in Dooradoyle - Phone: 061 496000. As part of the Proposed LAP process, a well advertised open public information evening was held in the Adare Community Hall, on the evening of June 18th.
