"Many Young Men of Twenty"
This classic John B Keane’s play will be performed, by the Feoghanagh/Castlemahon Players, in the Adare Village Community Hall on Friday, Feb 17th, 2012, at 7.30pm.
Set in 1960’s rural Ireland, the play is a humorous and sometimes heart-wrenching look at the dark topic of poverty and emigration due to the lack of jobs in Ireland, as well as the devastating hardship affects these had on many families. Tickets are €10 each and all proceeds go in aid of ongoing refurbishment of the community hall.
To book tickets, contact Anthony Murphy (087-2582973), Valerie O’Kelly (086-2221746) or Tom O'Keeffe (087-6732071)
