ICQ Eye - If someone puts you in their "invisible to user list", this program will solve that problem. You just type in their UIN, and if they have "web presence" enabled, it will tell you if they are online or offline. Its also helpful if you don't want to bother loading ICQ
MagicSpell - MagicSpell is a add-on for ICQ. Main feature of the program is reading of incoming messages by Merlin the magician. MagicSpell uses Microsoft Agent technology and build-in text-to-speech engine. Other features of MagicSpell include clipboard reading, customized dictionary and events' notification. Click on character or on blue cap in tray bar to control MagicSpell. I have been using this program and I like it. The magician will nag you to purchase the program for $10 every now and then, but this version is free, if you don't mind the nagging. haha.
