Life Sucks
Life sucks, and that aint new
for life is loved by so few
they fool themselves and they say
"what a fabulous, wonderful day"
are they stopping or are they going
while the hurricane starts on blowing
stop to smell a flower
go home and take a shower
they know not of the hurricane
that will of life, love and pain
the few take life forgranted
is it what cultists have chanted
and the few seem to be going
for they show no signs of ever slowing
they chose a shower
over a flower
so it is true
that some of the few
now will work
now with them sorrow shall lurk
and what is wrong
their lives are long
they will never enjoy
life as a toy
since they turned like us
a new life filled with fuss
it is now too late
for any debate
the hurricane is near
for it is already here
pain and love were your only crimes
that's what i tell you through these rhymes
