Ok, here is the 1.3 version of the Allied Upgrade OOB Mod. It is updated to take effect of the changes present in the 1.3 patch. Also fixed (that must've excaped the 1.3 patch) is the cruiser HMAS Hobart is now listed correctly as a Perth class cruiser.
In addition, this includes a new scenario, Scenario 30 Campaign 42B. This is scenario 14 redone to take effect of the Allied Upgrade OOB mod.
To install, simply copy the Art and Scen folders to your War in the Pacific Directory.

A small error was discovered, relating to the South Dakota class 1944 modernization. Downloading this small zip will fix it. If you have not yet started the game, install only the SCEN folder to your WiTP directory. If you do not wish to restart, also copy the ART directory aswell.
