CHOCOLATE PECAN CHEESECAKE

Melt caramels and evaporated milk in a
saucepan or double boiler. Heat on medium
heat until smooth about 5 mins. Stir in
1 cup pecans. Pour into piecrust

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and mild
a mixing bowl, mix until smooth. Add pudding
mix, stir for about 30 seconds longer.

Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer.
Chill, cover loosely with handiwrap, until
set. Takes about 15 mins.

Drizzel fudge topping on top, sprinkle with
pecans if desired. Chill until you serve.

CHOCOLATE BROWINES Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease and flour
9-in baking pan. In small saucepan over
low heat, melt butter, stir in syrup.
Remove from heat let cool. In small
mixer bowl beat eggs, add sugar, and
vanilla beating until blended. Stir
flour and baking powder, sprinkle over
mixture over nuts. Add together butter
mixture and flour mixture to egg mixture
until blended. Spread in pan, bake 35 to 40
mins or until brownies pull away from sides

EVERYONES FAVORITE CHOCOLATE ICING

In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water
melt chocolate. In small mixer bowl, beat butter
until creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla,
mixing until blended. Add chocolate, beat well
and add milk, mixing until spreadable consistency
is reached.

YUMMY COCOA ICING In large mixer bowl, beat butter, corn syrup
vanilla and salt until blended. Add powdered
sugar and cocoa with milk, beating to spreading
consistency.
