Low Carb Catsup

1 large can of tomato paste (12 oz)
4 tbsp brown Sugar Twin
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 can of water
1 tbsp oil

Mix all ingredients together. Cook and keep cooking and cook some more. Add more water if necessary, up to another half can. Taste every so often and when it loses the raw taste and tastes like catsup, it's done.

 

Poppy Seed Dressing #1

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Splenda
2 tablespoons strawberry Vinegar

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Chill Excellent On Fruit Or Spinach Salad Yield: 1-3/4 cups

 

Poppy Seed Dressing #2

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Splenda
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon poppy seed

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill. YIELD: 1 cup

 

Raspberry Syrup

Crystal Light Raspberry Ice - 1 tub
   2 cups water
   2 teaspoons ThickenThin not/Sugar Thickener -- Thicken to taste

Place all ingredients in plastic or glass bottle with secure cap (I use a throw-away plastic pop bottle - Diet of course).  Shake well and store in the refer to thicken.  Goes great over  Pork Skin Waffles/French Toast.
