Due to the time that it takes to make these personalized gifts and the fact that they yours alone there will be a $5 charge for each item. This is how it will work.
1. You fill out the form below with all the pertanent information.
2. When the graphics are done I will send you a url to view a sample of the finished graphic(s). And the address to mail payment to.
3. Upon reciept of payment, the grapic(s) will be e-mailed to you or uploaded for you to download (your choice).
4. You may order as many personalized items as you like, however one request per form please.
*Note* Final images will not have my copywrite on them (unless you state that you perfer it to be on them) however I will require a link back to me.
