Just A Kiss

"I should've known you'd find it," Hannah sighed as she took her shoe from Zac's hand. She leaped onto the hotel room bed next to her and slipped her foot into the shoe.

As she tied her shoe, Zac watched her. He loved her. He sat doen next to her on the bed. "Do I get a thank you?" Zac asked half-sarcastically.

Hannah smiled at him, "Thank you, punk!" Zac smiled. He wanted to kiss her, but he couldn't. His brothers liked Hannah too much. Hannah smiled at Zac. She let her mind clear as she quickly brushed her lips against Zac's.

Zac's eyes widened. Millions of thoughts flooded his mind and he blushed lightly. hannah stood up and grabbed her cost, "Ready to go?" she asked Zac.

He snapped out of his trance and stood up. "Yeah," he tried to say, but it only came out as a whisper.

The two of them walked out of the room.

"She kissed you?!?" Joe screamed.

Zac quickly pulled the phone from his ear. That had benn the tenth time Zac's friend, Joe, had screamed in his ear in the past five minutes. "Yeah," Zac said as he put the phone back up to his ear.

"Where were Tay and Ike?" Joe questioned, not believing that Hannah had kissed Zac.

"I told you, they had already gone to the car."

"Are you sure she kissed you?" Joe asked.

"Yes," Zac sighed. "Stop flipping out...it was just a kiss!"

"What's up?" Hannah's friend Lucy asked.

Hannah smiled, "Not much."

"What did you do today?"

Hannah's smile turned evil. "Nothing," she teased.

"What did you do?"

Hannah replied, "I kissed Zac, that's all." Lucy's jaw dropped, "You what?"

"I kissed Zac," hannah repeated.

Lucy smiled, "I knew he liked you!"

"I kissed him. he doesn't like me." Lucy rolled her eyes, "He didn't fight you though!"

"It was just a kiss, Let it go!"

5 years later....

"Do you, Zachary Hanson take Hannah Darhen to be your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forth as long as you both shall live?" The preist read the words quickly from his book and, to Zac, they sounded like low mummbles that could change his life for ever.

Zac looked at Hannah and smiled. "I do," he said, and then, it hit him. A bullet. Hannah screamed as Zac fell to the ground. She could hear the priest say, "You may kiss the bride." Tears streamed down her face.

Finally, everyone noticed what had happened and ran to the front...Everyone except Hannah's childhood friend, Heather...she still sat in her spot. She was crying, but a smile was on her face and a gun in her hand.

"What do you mean I can't get the house?" Hannah yelled at her lawyer.

"Well," he explained, "You and Zac weren't married yet."

"Not married," Hannah yelled furiously. "All that was left for us to do was kiss and live happily ever after!!!"

Her lawyer sighed, "Well, that's not all. You still had to sign the papers too. That kiss is just a kiss."

The words echoed in Hannah's mind, "Just a kiss." To her, that kiss would've made the wedding complete. Just that kiss. She held back her tears, "It wasn't just a kiss," she screamed, "It would've joind me and Zac forever." She sniffled. "Just a kiss?!?"
