What of black time
Aches in the winter cry
Of she the worshipped goddess
Of cool sweet Spring?
Is she languid as I
In the crushing symphony of Summer
Dreaming of an iron love
In a sky shining of power
In Fall beneath purple petals and leaves
Wanting a friend to sit with
Watching the trudging shadows swim over the milky sea
Under the thousand diamond lights
And white rose moon
Whispers to only I,
"Visions lie on windy waters
Out there on forest shadow music."
