        1. The reservations and protections contained in my Notice of Preservation and
Reservation of Rights Regarding Filing of Documents in Above Captioned Case, filed with this
court on Monday, December 3, 2001, are incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.

        2. I, Walt Maken, a natural person, sui juris, in propria persona, not pro se or any other
representative or represented capacity, and by special visitation only, under threat, duress, and
coercion, hereby give Notice of my Sixth Additional Inquiry pertaining to matters that are
relevant to the above captioned case.

        3. This Notice is not intended for purposes of unnecessary delay, but is intended to ensure
that the supreme and paramount requirements of the applicable bona fide Constitution(s) and all
bona fide laws, statutes, rules, regulations, etc., traceable to specific Articles and sections therein,

Memorandum

        1. Attached and marked as Exhibit A is a copy of a letter, dated May 22, 2002, that I,
Walt Maken, a natural person, sui juris, wrote and sent to Bob Taft, governor of Ohio. The letter,
my sixth additional inquiry to Bob Taft, is self-explanatory and needs no additional comment
from me at this time. I will keep this Court informed of any response I receive to said letter.
