I stared at my boyfriend Justin, in shock. Not sure where any of this was coming from.

“What?” I managed to choke out.

I got in my car and as the tears started falling harder, I started driving towards the only place I knew to turn to.

I knocked on the door and waited. It finally opened and I was greeted by the pair of familiar piercing blue eyes.

“Sarah?! What happened, sweetie?” JC asked as he immediately drew me into his embrace.

He pulled me into his house and guided me to his couch before taking me into his arms again.

After he sang the last note, I looked up at him. I was surprised to see silent tears rolling down his cheeks.

“JC?” I questioned softly.

“Please, Sarah. Let me make you stop hurting. Let me give you the love you need. I don’t wanna see you hurt anymore with him. I can’t take it. Please give me a chance. Let me show you real love.”

I didn’t know what to say, so I did the only thing that felt right. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him down for a soft kiss. I wrapped my arm around his waist.
