How do you describe The RED BALL JETS in one word? "Fun"! This high-energy band will keep you entertained and dancing from start to finish. The band prides themselves in their repertoire of top dance and party songs, which include selections from classic rock, R & B, modern and alternative rock along with smattering of original pieces. Their tasteful choice of music has been rockin' all age groups in North Central Ohio since 1996. Band members include Kyle Allison, lead vocals, rhythm guitar, harmonica and class clown! Kyle started out playing drums but soon found his calling as the front man, and you never know what will come out of his box of suprises! Ron Meehan, plays bass guitar, background and some lead vocals and is the repairman of the group. Having played professionally for 25 yrs. the group notes his loyalty is as solid as his bass playing! Kyle and Ron have been playing together since 1989. Scott Cain, drummer and percussionist extaordinaire has added new energy to the band with his never failing quick wit and humor. Elvin Hood, Saxophone and keyboards offer a strong influence with his years of experience and professionalism, pulling it all together for the group. The newest addition to the group is lead guitarist and vocalist Jeremie Allen. Jeremie, who began playing guitar at age eight, plays anything from the blues to today's alternative rock. his attitude just like his playing is "excellent".
