Well, an interesting new development...while looking through the names you
can vote for on the AHL all star game...it seems that *everyone* is listed
on there. Soo, of course, I voted for Misch.
If you wish
to do the same..go for it! Hehe

12/13/2004 Fun stuff, Christmas shopping season. GRRRR!! Add to that the stress of final exams, I'm just not a happy camper. Oh! And to top it all off, we saw our first real snow in Cleveland today. It sucks. I can't see outside. The dog is now a walking snowball. Its quite sad. Death to snow clouds. LOL Anyway, in Misch news, I added more pictures from Graig's game in Providence...be sure to check those out...as well as the spiffy lineup card from that game.
12/6/2004
Well, apparently Graig was released from his PTO today. Hershey
enjoys last place, poop on them then...I'm goin back to bed. Good
luck to Misch in the rest of the season...hopefully you can find a better
AHL team...maybe even one that plays against Cleveland. Haha.

12/3/2004 Nothing major to report yet today...Graig plays again tonight though, be sure to check that game out. Back to the Boston area for the Misch...maybe tonight he'll get his first point with Hershey..ya never know...but its always fun to do that kinda stuff in a hometown, or pseudo-hometown. Close enough. In website news, I've added a new calendar on the Multimedia page, finally one for December. Be sure to check that out...you'll also find some spiffy audio stuff I've collected over the past few years. I finally figured out how to get that stuff on here...so hopefully it works for ya. If not, let me know and I'll play around with it some more.
*Addition: The
Bears won tonight 1-0 in a shootout. Congrats to them, they are now
2-0 with Graig around. Hehe..yup, he IS good luck. Ya'll
laugh, but its true..just face it.
He has yet
to score..but he racked up 4 PIM tonight. Congrats.
12/1/2004 Misch officially played in his first game as a Hershey Bear tonight, against Albany. Very fun. The Bears won 3-0, and Graig had a whopping one shot. It's all good though, sounded like a good scoring chance from what I could gather. I think he spent most of the night on a line with Corazzini and Bonvie, neither of which did anything exciting either. Maybe next time. The Bears play this coming Friday in Worcester, be sure to listen in or at least follow the scores. GO MISCH!!!
*Addition: My new
favorite person in Albany was kind enough to get some pictures of Graig
this evening...they can be found on the spiffy new
Bears picture page. Hopefully more
pictures of Graig as a Bear will be coming soon.

In more Hershey related Misch news...there's an article that mentions his
callup in The Patriot News today...you can find the link on the
news page. Also,
Misch has a spiffy new Bears *profile* already...I'm so excited. LOL
Easily amused, cant help it. You can find that and some other
helpful links on the brand spankin new
Hershey Bears page. ![]()
11/29/2004 Graig was called up to Hershey today!! YAY!!! Yup yup, say hello to the newest Hershey Bear. Very cool beans for Graig, his first callup in...well, too long. Hopefully his stay in Hershey will be a long and productive one. Misch will be reunited with other ex-Royals David Masse, Dean Arsene, and Jeff Finger...and probably some more I just dont know about. Hehe. Roadtrips are in the works...click HERE for the press release!!!

HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!

Hope you all have a great Turkey Day!! Have fun and stay safe!!
11/21/2004
Good game tonight in Dayton. I didnt go...and now I'm a little
bummed, but 7pm games on Sundays just aint cool. Anyway, so...the
Misch had a goal and 2 assists in the game! YAY!!!
Congrats to Graig on a great game.
In other news...Graig
is spelled with a G. Not a C. His name is not Craig...and it
REALLY makes me mad when people get it wrong. LOL Today the
Annoying Person of the Day Award goes to whoever runs the Royals website.
On the Royals Roundtable page, you will note that there is a new player
appearing at one of them events...Craig Mischler. Go figure.
Thanks to these people who have no idea how to spell the name of a player
who has now been with their team for a year and...2 months now...I have to
have 3 separate google alerts set to get the latest news on Misch.
There's "Graig Mischler" which nobody ever gets right..."Craig Mischler"
that the opposing teams seem to prefer...and then "Greg Mischler" for
those who know what's going on and are just a *little* off. No
biggie there, at least they almost know what they're talkin about.
Excuse me while I climb down off my soap box.

Finally, in website news, hopefully all links are working, I had to change them over to the new host site. You shouldn't be seeing any angelfire.com links in your address bar...though they *do* still work for the moment, they wont be updated. To make sure you see the most up-to-date stuff, start out at graigmischler.com and navigate from there. New additions today include my drawings from our Wheeling trip a few weeks ago, and a scan of the group tix brochure from Reading on the cool stuff page...Misch is in there. LOL The drawings aren't all that great, I was just doodling with crayons...but there are mini explanations with each one. Yes, those are the types of things I do on the road.
11/17/2004 After a long fight with my computer and the host site I use...I'm finally able to update the website again. Thank God! It's been way too long. Since my last update, I went to Johnstown and Wheeling in early November. We lost the first two games, but Andie and I were completely preoccupied with new (now ex) Royals boy Dan Sullivan. For those who didnt hear, he had a little *incident* with some Wheeling hicks...and was suspended by the team. BOOOO!!! I can only speak for myself...but I say BRING BACK SULLY!!! So, after Sully's performance, and Reading's 5-0 win (their first of the season no less!), we were finally on our way home from our first Misch roadtrip.
This past weekend, I
ended up in Reading with my folks. That was fun too. Got a
spiffy Royals magnet schedule on Friday...and a desktop calendar thingy on
Saturday. The Royals won both games, and Graig finally scored his
first goal!!!! YAY!!!
I think I'm good luck. Haha. After the game Saturday they had
a shindig over at the Outside Inn place...been there twice now, and its
pretty fun. Ridiculously crowded when they have those meet the team
thingies, but its all good. Anyway, a big Cleveland shout out to the
entire Mischler clan that was there that night!!

In website news, I've added pictures from this season...I'm not very impressed with out they turned out, but ehh, its Misch...ya'll can see them anyway. LOL Check out the Royals Picture Page for the latest Misch pics.
10/24/2004
Wow, its already been over a month since the Misch's birthday! Go
figure. Well, its almost Halloween, in case ya'll havent noticed the
ridiculous displays in the stores...bombarding you with candy we dont
need, and halloween costumes that look NOTHING like the figures theyre
supposed to represent...and then of course, pumpkins! Ok, so the
pumpkins are cool...as are them Indian corn thingies....I like the purples
ones.
LOL Anyway,
for the second year in a row, Ive dedicated my punkin to the Misch...you
can find pictures of it
HERE...along
with pictures of last year's punkin too. Its very spiffy.
Along with MY punkin, you'll find my roadtrip buddy Andie's Punkin.
Her's is a Deano punkin (as in Dean Arsene)...he's her boy...cuz she's the
Misch's #2 fan. LOL (You brought it on yourself Graig!)
But its all good, we love him anyway. SOOO, be sure to check out the
punkins....and when you get a chance, check out Andie's website.
It's the *brother*-site to this one...since sister-site sounds really
wimpy.
DeanArsene.com
In other news, hockey season is underway...the Royals have played two games so far. Misch has been playing...and sitting in the penalty box. Way to go!!

And, if Misch stays on this pace, he'll have 432 penalty minutes by the end of the season!! Thats of course playing every game, etc...but dude!! Thats a lot of penalty minutes....especially for someone who doesnt *fight*. Well, he never used to...we'll see how this season goes. Go Misch...you goon!! Haha. Be sure to follow the team's progress by checkin' out the Royals page
9/16/2004 So, yesterday was Graig's birthday...yay!! In
honor of his 26th birthday, and due largely to my boredom this week, I've
made some changes within the site that you should check out. As I
said yesterday, the intro is new...and hopefully it works for someone
OTHER than myself. LOL Ya know how that goes. Also, I've
been putting together quite the little collection of
NU pics...you should be sure to check
that out. See the Misch as a youngin! Haha! Other than
that, I was walkin through a store the other day, and I see Halloween
stuff is already showing up. Sad really, being over a month
away...but regardless, it got me thinking about what I want to do with my
Misch pumpkin this
year. Ya'll may have seen the
pumpkin from LAST year...I had so much
fun with it, I've decided to do something again this year. Just dont
know what. If you have any ideas, feel free to pass them along!!
9/15/2004 Today is Graig's 26th birthday!!
I've also
been fooling around with the intro to the site...so be sure to check that
out. I think its rather cool.
9/8/2004 A couple important things...first off, due largely in
part to AOL's retarded ways, I've changed my email address. Not
drastically or anything, its still easy to remember.
Mischfan@yahoo.com There ya are. In other news...ya
may have seen Graig's left Eagle glove on my *cool stuff* page.
Well, the search is ON for the right glove. It's just not right to
keep them separated...help me find the left glove's buddy! Yeah, so
that was a really cheesy attempt to get help...but seriously, if you ever
run across the missing glove or know where I can look...let me know.
Also, please try to circulate
this flier...post it on street
corners, in bus stops, hand them out at the work place, find a bulletin
board and just get the news out there! With your help we can recover
the missing glove in no time! Your help is much appreciated.

Ok, following the loss of Roanoke and Greensboro, the ECHL had to fix up
the schedule. The new schedule can be found
HERE
along with links to spiffy maps that will help you find your way to every
Reading game you could wanna go to. This schedule is a little easier
for roadtrips, at least for me, so I'm a happy camper.

Misch re-signed with Reading...Misch re-signed with Reading...yay!!!
Yes, isnt that awesome? Graig apparently liked Reading enough to
re-sign there. I'm so happy...an awesome city and not TERRIBLY far
away. Ok, so 6 hours is a long drive...but ehh, its worth it.
Of course the Misch will still be looking to find an AHL contract,
presumably a two-way, so I'll keep ya posted on the whereabouts of Graig
come training camp time...should be interesting. Until then though,
start makin plans to see Reading play, the ECHL schedule has been out for
some time now...get a move on!
See the press
release
HERE
or the
04-05 Royals schedule
HERE.

Happy 4th of July!!!!!!!! Hope you're having a good day, I know I am.
Have fun and stay safe!!

6/27/2004 Hey ya'll!! How's it goin??? Yeah, its
been a while...almost two months. Maybe its cuz there's no hockey
goin on at the moment? Yeah..that could be it! LOL Well,
today was the first day of the NHL Draft...thats exciting, gettin to see
all the youngins and whatnot. Congrats go out to all new
draftees....and my deepest sympathy goes to the new San Jose picks.
Poor kids. Anyway...not much to say, if you didnt know, Idaho won
the Kelly Cup...good for them...haha to Florida. Both teams of
course played very well, but being that I'm not a FL fan, sorry if I'm not
overly sympathetic. The Milwaukee Admirals won the AHL Calder
Cup...good for them...I didnt watch more than one game, didnt care too
much...but if you did, there ya go...thats what happened!! And
finally, the most important one of course would be the Stanley Cup
finals...Tampa Bay beat Calgary to win the cup...who'da thunk? It's
cool though...Marty St. Louis passed through Cleveland here once upon a
time, so its cool to see one of our boys do well.
In some website news...yeah, I know...the pics on the front page dont seem to want to work. Although SOME people say I've fixed them now...who knows. Whatever, at this point I'm VERY frustrated. Its my computer, I hold it fully responsible. I just recently acquired (50 cent word...watch out!) the Misch's blue Barons jersey...yeah, that third one they didnt wear very often. Though at least I know it was his, nobody else was allowed to wear #15 in the past few years...personally I like to say its cuz they didnt go through the application process, be approved by yours truly, etc. LOL But whatever the reason was...better for me. The jersey has those 3 annoying marks on the left shoulder...I assume its paint from....the goal posts? I have no clue really...but they arent puck marks. Actually, being 3 in a row...it LOOKS like the poor thing got stuck in the zamboni or something. Who knows, but it matches the pics I have of the Misch, so that be's the same jersey. Yay. You can see that one, and the others for that matter too, on my spiffy jersey page...under the "Cool Stuff" link. Enjoy.
Anyway, thats enough reading for your poor little eyes...I'll keep you posted on the Misch's contract status etc...Reading supposedly wanted to resign him for next season, but we'll see how that works out. With the whole lockout thing goin on in the NHL and whatnot, it could be interesting. Either way, if the Misch plays or not, you know where to look for the info! Your Official Misch Headquarters....lmao...now thats just funny. You'll have to excuse me, its late, and I'm off to bed!
5/10/2004 Just a short little thing...the Royals lost tonight to
Florida, 3-2.
Bummer...the season is over, but our boys have nothing to be upset about,
they had an awesome run all the way through, and surprised a LOT of
people! Florida advances to the Kelly Cup Finals, and as much as it
sucks to say this, I definitely want to see them win it all. Then we
can at least say we lost to the champs! (Plus, Mike Torney, another
ex-Baron is playing for FL now.) So, anyway, everyone enjoy your
summer, I'm sure I will, still plenty of Stanley Cup playoff action goin
on...make sure to BOOOO San Jose at all costs...and for the time being,
I'm a Philly fan. What can I say, being that close while in Reading
must have rubbed off on me!! I'll do my best to keep ya posted in
the future on Graig's contract status for next season, as far as I know
nothing has been decided yet as to his whereabouts. You'll know when
I know!
