A friend gave me several pictures of the New Orleans downtown area, historic district. This is a painting of Pirates Alley Cafe. The building is said to be over 200 yrs. old and was frequented by pirates!This was before Katrina and I haven't seen that friend to know whether he or the Cafe still look the same.

I have no idea who this little girl is but she was so adorable that I wanted to paint her. She was done in Painter X.

The gold finch was painted in Painter8. Gold finches are so tiny and pretty. I couldn't resist painting one!
