A player is considered a Rookie unless he has exceeded 130 at bats or 50 innings pitched in one season.
Active players discs in this set are kept in their original format to preserve the Top Prospects early years.
Some of the Top Prospect pitchers have never batted so discs for these players can not provide any offense.
Top Prospects sets have equal defensive position distribution so 4 teams can draft 25 players.
Each team carries 9 pitchers and 2 hitters at each position based on an average MLB roster.
The Top Rated disc sets are preserved and they will remain in their original year end format.
