Listings
All listings are believed to be accurate based on information available at the time of listing. The items we sell are typically surplus items that other people want to get rid of for the best price possible. Essentially, we are middlemen. For this reason, unless otherwise stated within the auction, all items are sold "As-is". We do not check nor gurantee the authenticy of any item. All descriptions are provided by the selling party. If you have questions about an item, please ask BEFORE bidding. Answers provided to you are those provided to us by the seller. E-mails will be answered as soon as possible. E-mail is not typically answered over the weekend or on holidays. We cannot gurantee that e-mails sent within 24 hours of auction closings will be answered in time.
If there is a starting price or reserve price on an auction, that is the minimum that the seller will accept. Please do not inquire if we will sell it lower. Such e-mails will not be answered.

Payment
All auctions must be paid for within 3 business days of auction close unless other arrangements are made prior to auction close. All payments must be made via Paypal existing funds. Direct credit card and e-check payments are not accepted. If you make a payment via direct credit card or e-check, your payment will be returned, minus the fee charged by Paypal to receive such a payment. You will still be expected to complete the auction. If you want to pay by check or money order, e-mail in advance to see if that item is eligible for such. Arrangements must be made in advance since a check/MO will take more that 3 business days to mail. Checks and MO's BOTH have a 10 business day waiting period before the item will ship.

Bidding
Once you place a bid on an item, you are bound to a contract. Bidders that cancel a bid on any item without prior consent will be banned from bidding on our future auctions. We reserve the right to cancel any bid on any of our auctions. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, excessive negative feedback, prior canceled bid, etc. When possible, a reason will be provided as to why we canceled a bid. Non-paying bidders will be reported as such and negative feedback will be left.

Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on the item. Shipping costs are listed within the auction and are non-negotiable. If you don't agree, don't bid. Shipping costs cover packaging, handling and shipping. Items can be picked up at no charge at our convenience. E-mail to schedule a pick-up. In rare cases, delivery may be available for a fee. See auction description for details. Tracking numbers are provided where applicable. We are not responsible for damage during shipping and we highly recommend insurance. Insurance is optional and is available for an additional charge which is listed in the auction. Insurance costs listed are typically a percentage of the replacement value of the item. Insurance costs are non-negotiable as well.

Returns
As items are sold "As-is" there are no returns for any reason on any item. Insurance is available on most items and will cover insurance for the shipping as well as for certain defects upon receipt (DOA, etc). We cannot stress this enough: Without insurance, there are no returns for ANY REASON! Contact us before returning any item to obtain authorization. Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior consent.

Feedback
Feedback will be left for you within a day or so of your payment clearing. We would appreciate feedback be left for us after you receive the item.
