Since 93-94

(C4)What do you think of the kids and skating today?(C4)

There is a lot of talent out there but not enough originality, too many kids
just try to copy some of the pros, they should create their own style.

(C4)What do you think when kid skaters constantly taunt the cops
when they come and try to arrest them?(C4)
If a kid taunts the cops he probably deserves to get arrested, they should
just accept what the cop says and move on. The less trouble they cause the
better our sport looks.

(C4)What do you think about cops that arrest kids for skating?(C4)
u should never arrest anyone for just skating, but if a cop gives you a
warning you should take it, they are doing their job and sometimes skaters
can deface property so if they say go, we should move on. But arresting a
skater without a warning is harsh and ridiculous.

I've been in a situation where a guy went up to me when I was sitting down
at a gazebo resting from skating, and all the way over to that place, he told me
to go away, and I tried to remind him that the area was public, he got all
pissed and threatened to call the cops. I left and came back and 360ed the
five step just to piss the guy off. What do you think about people who want
to get rid of skaters (Skater Haters)?(C4)
If u are on their property then they have a right but if it's public then
they can't say a thing. they aren't haters, just ignorant.

(C4)What do you think about Skateboarders?(C4)
Skateboarders are people and if they have respect for me then I respect
them but if they don't then I don't either. Some skateboarders are cool, and
some are idiots, it's generally the insecure ones that hate on our
sport, they don't even know why they hate us they just follow other idiot
boarders.

(C4)What wax works the best when you skate ledges?(C4)
Any wax, candle wax maybe.

(C4)When K2 comes out with the Enemies and the Naturals, what skate will you
use when you skate?(C4)
I'll be using the replacement for the 250, whatever that is.

(C4)Who inspired you when you were young? Did you even know of
any pros at the time?(C4)
There was really no such thing as pro, but I loved the way Chris Edwards use
to skate, he was a freak, way ahead of his time.

(C4)What was the first trick you've ever landed?(C4)

(C4)I don't see you much in street competitions, what made you skate Vert?(C4)
I used to skate street I just think my style is more suited to Vert, I enjoy
it more, and I love the air.

(C4)Have you ever come across a lady e-mailing you about your name
because she's interested in naming her soon to be born baby "Cesar"?(C4)
No not really, that would be cool though.

(C4)How did it feel signing your first autograph for a kid?(C4)
I signed autographs when I was playing soccer so it wasn't all that new to
me but it always feels good.

(C4)When you were with Fabiola, did you feel any 'special' feelings for her?(C4)
Hahahaha!! No not at all, she is like my sister, we give each other advice and
skate together. We are alike in so many ways, but it's never been closer than
that. She knows my girlfriend and we all hang out, plus she is not my type.

(C4)What pro do you think will really make it after he stops skating?(C4)
Good question, that's hard to say, it's hard to do what we do and then go and
get a job and work certain hours a day, I hope they all do well after
skating.

(C4)Do you think Tony Hawk inspires both skaters and boarders? Why?(C4)
He doesn't so much as inspire me as I look at him and understand what being
pro means, he is a true professional, and he is what our sport needs, a true
leader with respect and credibility. He is the man.

(C4)Have you ever went to an Art School?(C4)
I did art at school and then did calligraphy at college.

(C4)What skates are best for skating Vert?(C4)
Anything with good support. I love my 250s, they are so comfy and
supportive. The old Roces where good up until 3 or 4 years ago, then they
started making crap Vert skates with less support each year.

(C4)If you were a street skater, what company would you skate for?(C4)
K2, it's the original street company from the start. They made a skate
for me to ride Vert but their skates have always been street, before
any other company went that way.
