Apparently no one. There isn't a single website out there devoted to WATCHMEN that isn't someone's graduate thesis. There are huge sites devoted to The Creeper, Deadshot, and even Psycho Pirate, but none for one of the greatest stories in comics history.
So I decided to create one, complete with character bios, dossiers, quotes, and a Watchmen movie page, which has my idea for a movie, and a link to Samm Hamm's 1988 film adaption. There's also a page with my idea for an action figure line, and a link to The Annotated Watchmen.
