My Trip to Panama (2)

Tia Anayansi and her husband, Federico (Federico is a Kuna Indian)

This is the wonderful man who God sent to help me find my birthmother - My Angel-brother, Heriberto and his beautiful, wonderful family at my Tia Anayansi's house!

Anayansi's house (in front is Xiomara, the wife of my Tio Paulino. I also have a Tia Xiomara that I did not get to meet.)

Tio Mario (3 months younger than me), primo Jose, y Tio Paulino (3 years younger than me).

Tio Mario, Mamá Olga, and Tio Kadir at the canal - I got much better pictures of the canal at the Miraflores Locks but forgot to scan them! Oops! My uncles were taking me along the scenic route to Colon, which is on the Atlantic side of the country.

Kuna Indians in Colon. Kunas are known for their type of embroidery, called Mola. They charged me $3 to take their picture because they get very sick of tourists gawking at them like zoo animals (who can blame them, but I really wanted their picture!).
