2003 BBL Draft
The Backyard Baseball League's annual draft is a time for teams to assure themselves at key positions. Teams select from a wide pool of players, some are role competitors others are superstars. The BBL has held the past two drafts at local parks. In 2001, the draft eminated from Liberty Park while last year's selection process took place at Churchill Park. The BBL Draft is scheduled for May 4 at 6:30 PM at Denny's Restaurant on Belmont Avenue. The 2003 season will begin on Friday May 23.
