Reservations:

To reserve a Pony for your party on a requested date and time please send full payment either by cash, check or paypal. We will NOT reserve your spot on a requested date and time until you send full payment! Bookings are a first come, first serve basis. Once payment is received for the day & time slot you requested it will be considered yours!.

Additional Charges:

If you pay by paypal, you must add the 3% paypal transaction fee on top of the total. If you have a question on the how much to send to cover the fee, please e-mail: trickhorses@columbus.rr.com. Also, there is a $25.00 fee added for all bounced checks. All late weekend bookings made within 24 hours from the date of the party or event will have a late booking fee of $20.00 added. Thank you for understanding!

Weather:

We bring the ponies in rain or shine!. Umbrellas can be used when riding if it rains. If severe lightning were to occur, the rides will be delayed and will resume once the lightning has subsided. If the lighting does not subside within 1 hour, the rides will have to be rescheduled for another time that day if possible or rescheduled for a different date & time.

Weight Limit:

There is a 75 pound weight limit for pony rides and it is strictly enforced. We have the right to refuse any child that we feel is over the weight limit for the pony. If a question of weight would arise, we will ask that the child be weighed with a scale to make sure he/she is not over the weight limit. Thank you for understanding. (* There is NO weight limit for the cart rides. *)

Cancellation Policy:

We do NOT offer refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel the rides for ANY reason, you may reschedule & apply your payment to a different date & time that is available.

RULES

1.) No Food or drink while riding the pony.
2.) Shoes must be worn while riding the pony and/or when standing near or by the pony.
3.) Children are not allowed to ride in wet bathing suits or wet clothes (the children must change into dry clothes or you can provide towels to put over the saddle to keep it from getting wet).
4.) Dogs are not allowed around the pony - Dogs must be on a leash or must remain inside the house at all times.
5.) Parents are responsible for watching their children at all times!.
6.) NO throwing objects or hitting the pony at anytime. Repeat warnings will result in the pony rides to stop and will only resume with the handlers feel it is safe for the pony and children.
7.) Children must hold on to the saddle with both hands. Children that are too young or too small to hold on by themselves must be accompanied by an adult while they ride.
8.) Children are not allowed to follow in front of, beside or behind the pony while it is moving and/or giving rides.
9.) No handling or leading the ponies without permission from the handler.
10.) No kicking the pony or jumping up and down on the saddle or cart while riding.
11.) No feeding the pony without permission from the handler.
12.) No putting fingers in the ponyís mouth.

About All Star Farm & Their Ponies

All Star Farm is a family owned business with mother/daughter team Judy Yocom & Danielle Cunningham. All Star Farm provides cart rides and pony rides with miniature ponies aka miniature horses. The Miniature Ponies/horses are the perfect size for children and are usually always very calm, gentle and sweet natured. All Star Farmís handlers are professionalís that have over 20+ years experience with the handling, training & care of horses & ponies. The horses/ponies brought to all parties & events are very well trained with several years experience as trained pony party ponies, but no matter how well trained a horse is, they are still animals and can be unpredictable. All Star Farm is not responsible for accidents or injuries which may occur from or while a pony is at a party or event. The Ponies of All Star Farm are always presented clean & beautiful. They are all white in color which is the most requested color of pony for almost all parties and events as it is symbolic for the color of the unicorn & Pegasus. All Star Farm does have a black & white pony which is available on a limited basis & a brown pony available at any time if another color pony is requested.

All Star Farm Ponies are potty trained, so potty accidents very rarely occur while at a party or event. However, if a rare occasion were to occur and the pony were to accidentally go potty, All Star Farm handlers will be responsible for cleaning up the mess.

About the Cart Rides & Pony Rides

Cart Rides: All Star Farm uses an easy entry cart which the children can get in and out of by themselves and it can be decorated according to the Holiday or Party theme.

Pony Rides: All Star Farm uses a leather western saddle on the pony and a mounting block is used for the children to easily get on and off the horse. (we have a custom handicap saddle for special needs riders which is available on request). The pony for pony rides will be decorated in pink ribbons for girl parties & blue ribbons for boy parties. If you have specific theme or color you would like the pony to be decorated, please let All Star Farm know what the theme is and they will try to decorate the pony to match the party theme.

If Cart Rides and Pony rides are booked together, then they will be conducted together at the same time during the same hour(s).

About the Trick Pony Show, Pony Decorating & The Small Pony For Petting

The Trick show will be followed after the pony rides and/or cart rides. The trick show is approximately 10-15 minutes long and includes a small couch for a prop. The Children are not allowed to touch the horse during the trick show at anytime unless the handler of the horse gives permission.

The Pony Decorating will be followed after the pony rides or right after the trick show if the trick show is also booked. With the Pony Decorating, the children are allowed to decorate the pony with stickers, ribbons & glitter which All Star Farm will provide.

The Small Pony for Petting is a cute and tiny 22Ē pony that is for the children to pet and love on while they are waiting to ride. The small pony is NOT for riding!!.
