Welcome to my Birthday Bear adoption page!

I have created these plaques for adoption and will personalize them for you to place on your homepage,
or give to a friend. Below is a sample to allow you to see how the finished plaque will appear.

Fill out the Adoption Form and I will see that your bear is carefully personalized with the name you request.

Please post the logo with the plaque and provide a link to Vicki's Place so others may adopt a bear as well.
I will provide the logo along with the linking code when your adoption plaque is emailed.

Please do not alter or resize your adoptions.
