Design and developed the Saber Military masts for NATO’s IWCS (International Weapon Common Sensor) program under Military Specifications and testing.

Interface with Cunningham marketing for esthetics and wheel styling. Issued requisitions and RFQ for suspension components manufacture, and piece part buying.

  • Technology Leader’s 1990 Troy Forge 250 Ton forging press re-manufacture. Issued all RFQ and PR’s for 29 piece rebuild, specification, design and appropriate testing of all components. Worked with hydraulic vendors in specification design. Re-manufacture of Vickers PV series Vane pumps. Design of lubrications system (all valves, pumps, filters). Lead Engineer for 4 man drafting team in AUTOCAD.

  • Stress and Strain- Numerous experience in FEA methods, Theory and software. Taught FEA and Senior level-University of Akron.
  • Plating/Coating- Teflon coating experience for blow and roto molds. Extensive Aluminum casting Foundry experience.
  • Metallurgy-  heat treating and crack propagation studies in Wheels. Flexible wheels designed to maximum life at minimum weight.
  • Strength of Materials- Pressure vessel design of 10,000 gallon storage tanks, 90 psi ASME rated , 50 gallon pressure vessels for chemical dispensing.
  • Drawing Layout-Complete piping layout of an R22, 10 gpm, Freon dispensing unit. Pumps, vessel and valves
