The church then purchased 3.5 acres and built
its present facility at 2555 Palmyra Rd., Warren, OH, breaking ground
on Easter Sunday 1989 and moving in on Sunday, December 16, 1990. Three
years had been proposed to build the church "Mortgage free"
but it took only 1 and ½ years from ground breaking to occupancy.
Only $93,000.00 was borrowed on a project estimated
at $600-$700,000.00 to move in 1 and ½ years early with "sweat
equity", as the people had a mind to work. 19.8 adjacent acres
were purchased on September 25, 1992 $52,000.00 with mineral rights.
The church therefore has no gas bill and is paid royalties by General
Motors, Lordstown, OH, who also uses our gas well.

to begin Phase II, 30-40,000 Sq. Ft. with a 2000 seat sanctuary, 12-14
classrooms, library, offices, etc., in 1999. "Write the vision
and make it plain... Habakkuk 2:2.
The
church was organized to fulfill the great commission of St. Matthew
28: 19-20. "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them
in the name of the Father, and the Son and of the Holy Ghost: teaching
them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and Lo,
I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen." We
are here to tell the good news of the Gospel. We are here to instruct
believers in obedience. We are here to instruct and direct believers
in service. New Jerusalem Fellowship is the Lords doings, and
it is marvelous in our eyes! To God be the Glory.
