Lindsay Davenport was born June 8, 1976 and turned pro in 1993. Her current WTA ranking is 3. She has 2 Grand Slam titles to her name one from Australian Open, Wimbledon and US Open. I think she deserves the honor of number 3 on my list because she is a whiny baby. She cant handle the Williams Sisters nor can she perform at the rate of a top ranked player. But over the years I have started to feel sorry for her probably because she is American and hasnt won a title in a few Opens so that is why she is this low.
2. Martina Hingis
This is Martina Hingis. She was born September 30, 1980 and turned pro in 1994. She has 5 Grand Slams to her name, 3 Australians, 1 Wimbledon and 1 US. Her current ranking is 1. And this is why she is on this list. Everyone knows she is not number 1 material. She has not won a title in 2 years. Just because she is the most consistant player on the tour does not make her a number 1 player. Obviously someone out there can beat her repeatedly.
