Parades ARE Fun
Despite what the Hookways may say, Parades are a blast. I loved walking down Main St in any Huron County Town and saying Vote For Amy Hookway, Making Government Work for You. Greeting all of the fine citizens with warm caring smiles. What a wonderful time of the year. Too bad the Hookway children believed it to be a punishment to walk in the Aqua shirts.

Insanity makes strange bedfellows
I was very bored. I walked to Kroger, bought a pumpkin and carved it. It came with me to class and it slept in my bed. We carried on marvelous conversations. Then he grew old and molded and became soggy. I could no longer carry him around. I had to throw him away.
