These families were pioneers in Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri The Elders were Ulster Scots from Londenderry, Ireland arriving in America in the early 1700s. Descendants of these families fought in the Revolutionary War, the Civil war, W.W.I W.W.II The Elders started in York, Pennsylvania and then migrated to Washington Co. Virginia then to Madison Co. Kentucky then to Western Missouri. Then from there, all over the United States. The Lees were in Madison Co. Kentucky and also migrated to Missouri and across the United States. The Lees, Elders and Stephensons were some of the first families in Kentucky. If you are one of our cousins, please contact us! We would love to have your input. This is a work in progress, so please keep in mind, all of it is not 100% proven and may contain errors. If you find a place where we have committed an error in a birthplace etc. please contact us.
