Since you came into my life,
I've looked forward to each sunrise,
the early morning, with you in my arms,
the midnight skies with us beneath a zillion stars,
moves me.
You make me feel like no one else could.
I like the person I am when I'm with you.
You bring out a part of me
that I never knew existed,
a part that was born with our first kiss.
You made me complete;
now I have a reason to try;
now I have a cause,
a reason to believe
in all the wonder things life has to offer.
You took my hand
and drew me into the light,
and you saw in me all the qualities
that now one else had ever noticed.
You gave me hope, inspiration, pride, and love.

Beyond The Stars
My words echo back to me
from your loving lips,
in your eyes I see
the passion of words still unspoken.
Stare into my eyes
as we lay together, connected as one,
not in flesh, but in soul.
We did not create this bond,
it existed before either you or I,
we cannot destroy our link,
the seed was within us,
waiting for the moment to grow.
It will remain for all eternity,
even beyond our love,
even beyond the stars.
Dream With Me
A soft cloud of feathers cushions my weary head,
troublesome thoughts melt quickly into nothingness,
as a smile dances on my lips,
eyes happily close as you come to me in my dreams.
So real I can touch you, hold you close,
in my thoughts I have memorized you,
an imprint of you engraved upon on my heart,
to look upon, when you are gone.
As I wait and wonder,how long will it be?
How long, until you are with me?
From my window I see the dark sky,
laden heavy with her precious sparkling lights,
I smile again, as I picture you,
looking at the stars from your window too.
With your name on my lips
and the window open wide,
a kiss blows on the night breeze.
When you catch it will you smile,
as I do, when I dream of you?
Deep sadness wraps its arms around me,
as I long to be with you,
together to touch,
as we already are in our hearts.

When the sea winds blow
and sing their haunting tunes

As the sound of the crashing waves

The night I met you

have caused my heart to care
At first I was a little frightened
to share myself with you

Our dreams have become reality,

Our love is like a stream following the mountainside,

Sometimes we hit rapids and sometimes we are still,

And then there are times, the best I recall,

The trusting drop of our loves fate,

I think you already know how much you mean to me,
I often think about us and how we came to be,
It is a beautiful thing that we share,
Nothing on this Earth could even compare.
I need to reassure you that my love is real,

Great things have truly begun,
And I will be there cheering you on,

I Am Thinking About You
I find myself checking my e-mail all the time,
Wondering if you have dropped me a line,
And many times, I am surprised to see,
That you too, had been thinking of me.
It is awesome to me how we met,
It is something I will never forget,
You seem so bright and interesting too,
I am so glad that I have found you.
Somehow, I feel like we have known each other before,
And that we had walked together by the sea shore,
I don't know why I think this way,
But, it is a thought that I just had to say.
