In this cacophonous world of contradictions, its good to have something to relax to after a hard day of work. And what a better thing to relax to than looking at bringing the movie theater home to you? Well, you can in this digital age of amazement. Back then we had to pay $6.50 to go to the movie theater to see your typical Sci-fi horror western what-have-you flick in a typical wait in line popcorn scent filled room.
Next came the days of video rentals where you avoided the long waits to just to watch Chewbacca go "arhhh..arhhhh".

And finally your voyeuristic desires can be satisfied with the upgrade from video to DVD. Not only is your view pleasure reached it penultimate climax with crystal clear high definition digital outputs, permanent eardrum pulverizing THX Dolby Digital (R) sound, but you can sit in zen-like mirth knowing you are no longer chained to your TV tubes. |

However, with DVD comes a slight price of, well, price. You must shell out $19.99 for a typical movie at your local Walmart in order to get a classic weekend pick-me-up, two hour time abduction.

Yeah, it's all fine and dandy, if you're rollin' in mad green, but if you are a college student on a budget tighter than the skin on your ovenripened produce in your local market fruit section, you'd rather download these movies yourself. |
