150 Miles

My fundraising goal: $500

Dear Friend,

On August 16 and 17, I will join more than 1,500 cyclists (and some colleagues from work!) for the 2003 Key MS 150 Bike Tour to benefit the Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. We will cycle 150+ miles on behalf of the fight against multiple sclerosis (MS). Did it last year, raised $400. Always a good cause. Always very personal.

I am asking for your help in this endeavor. By making a tax-deductible donation in support of our ride, or by purchasing a famous teddy bear for $5 each, you will aid research efforts to find a cure for MS while also helping the Chapter provide necessary services for more than 8,000 people with MS and their families living in Eastern and Central Ohio. Multiple sclerosis is a “prime of life” disease – striking people in their 20s to 50s. It causes unpredictable symptoms ranging from weakness to total paralysis, which come and go without any warning or pattern.

I have until the August ride to turn in pledges. Please help me achieve my goal by sending your check made payable to the National MS Society to me at 120 Roshon Drive, Medina, OH 44256. Whether you can give a small or large amount, you will be helping to end the devastating effects of MS.

Thank you for your generosity. Love, Suzanne
