Nakeyta is a Red-Lored Amazon!
I have always wanted a Parrot, ever since I can remember. Thought it was
something that I could never have as a pet, they seemed so exotic.
Nakeyta was to be my first parrot. When I saw her, I really did not know to
much about parrots, but I left a deposit on her. I went to every book store to find
information - even the library. I bought and read everything
I could about my new Red-Lored Amazon.
Once I started learning...I just could not stop.
It is now over 10 years since me and Nakeyta met, and I still continue to learn and
seek out new information that will help me gain as much
knowledge as I can about all my Parrots.
Nakeyta talks a little, but her favorite thing to say is "Good Morning".
I never keep her caged, as she is a very good bird, she is a lady!
