Apparently, the lawyers for HHG Corporation, the company that owns most of the ECW trademarks, have contacted the WWF and asked them to retract their "storyline" statements made on Raw and Smackdown this week regarding the aquisition of ECW. No ECW assets have been purchased by the WWF which makes it illegal for them to promote and profit from trademarks not owned by them.
Gary Davis, Vice President Corporate Communications for WWFE, made these comments about the story:
"ECW was used simply as a creative element and was part of the ongoing fictional storylines we use on our shows."
More on this story as it develops...

Aww poor little WWF is getting hounded for using ECW logos as well as saying they *purchased* ECW. You think maybe they know how it feels now. I mean they are infringing on copyrights are they not? They are using the ECW product to boost storylines, which boost ratings which in turn will probally boost the Invasion pay-per view buyrate. Yet they shut down fan sites for using tv images. It makes you wonder if they relize they are contradicting themselves? Isn't that some shit.

I hope the true financial owners of ECW sue Vince McMahon's ass for all he's worth. He deserves it. maybe them he will relize what an asshole he is and and stop acting like the selfish rich bitch that he is.
"Your using WWF images, I'm going shut your site down!"
LOL! Yeah whatever...
On to more important things....

Tough Enough was pretty decent this week. I still can't believe Victoria dropped out! I was kinda expecting it from Bobbie Jo but no there is no more Victoria who was my personal favorite. Paulina just seems like to much of a whiner and i'm not much into the other two girls. I'm sure i'll get a feel for them on the next eposide. As for the guys i'm leaning more towards Greg but I still like Maven too.

Did i mention I wish the show was an hour long not just a half hour? That sucks.

Thanks for reading,
illusions
