HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER 

1. WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. Your order is then confirmed via phone or E-mail.E-MAIL US YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, AND E-MAIL OR CALL US WITH YOUR ORDER. we will then confirm your order with in a day via e-mail.

 2.   WE WILL THEN PACKAGE AND SHIP IT THE NEXT DAY . Sometimes we do get backed up with orders. please be sure to allow up to one business week for delivery of ordered goods. If for some reason we are out of something we will automatically substitute with a simmialr item of equal or greater value. YOUR ORDER WILL THEN BE SENT OUT VIA ETHER UPS OR U.S. 3 DAY PRIORITY MAIL C.O.D. , WE SHIP YEAR 'ROUND! After your order has shipped we will then e-mail you your parcel tracking number/ delivery conformation number and COD total (if applicable). For those of you with an active Pay-Pal account, we accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal.    

3.      AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER IN THE MAIL YOU HAVE 24 HRS TO CONTACT US ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS (SO FAR WE HAVE HAD LITTLE OR NO COMPLAINTS!). 

4   . All orders will be shipped either ups or usps COD with delivery conformation. All wholesale businesses with proir established good credit and on time payments are exempt from this term.
