So
you've looked at everything Phi Theta Kappa has to offer and you've decided to go for
it! Earning the grades was the hard part so we want to make membership into the
honor society as easy as possible for you.
- Fill out the "Phi Theta Kappa
Membership Application." This form is in PDF format. If you would
like a hard copy, please contact the Phi Theta Kappa office.
- Fill out the "Alpha Rho Epsilon Information Sheet (PDF format or Word format). Again, if you would like
a hard copy, please contact the Phi Theta Kappa office.
- A one-time induction fee of $56.00 can be paid in cash or check (made payable to Phi
Theta Kappa). This fee covers your Chapter, Regional, and International dues for as
long as you are a member.
- Return these three items to the Phi Theta Kappa office in Union Hall 053 or you may ask
for it to be put in our mailbox in the Counseling and Advising Office in Union Hall 048.
