Here is some history on the band that is, was, and will be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stag Thicket formed in the spring of 1998 at Eastern College in St. Davids Pa. The bands founders Brad Richards and Jeremy
Ritch. They wrote five songs and the would be on the first release six shooter. soon there after the band of jeremy, brad, ant, vahak, and jamie went their separate ways.
jeremy went on to front the rockabilly band Double Down(which was part Stag Thicket songs and part Mercury Radio Theatre songs) for 4 months along with an ill fated hardcore/metal band called Heirs to the Promise.
both projects didnt last and he went back to Stag Thicket.
jeremy decided to keep the project alive by continueing to write with various friends and record on his 4 track.

Stag Thicket will be in the studio in 2001 trying to finish the new album and will also release the punk e.p.
well stag thicket will be in the studio in feb/march to record "deisel fuel and a broken heart" the first full length releas from the group and first realease in almost three years. since jeremy is going pretty much alone he will be accompanied by some friends and other band memebers. members of Mercury Radio Theater, Dancing Davids, Farquar Muckenfuss, and original stag members as well. it should be a good time.
Yes Jeremy and Brad reunited for a set at Cornerstone . It was a small half hour set and was very unpredictable but went well. Thanks to all the people who showed up for it.
Stag Thicket will be doing a track on a Crashdog tribute album due out this summer
