I am from Nepal, and very proud of it. For people who don't know where Nepal is: Nepal is a mountainous country in south-central Asia, sandwiched between two giants, India in south and China in the north. It has a population of about 23 millions. The total area of the country is 54362 square miles. Due to its mountainous terrain, it has got a very high potential for hydro-electric generation. The rivers flowing out of the Himalayan ranges in the north have high currents suitable for harnessing electricity. Though the country is small in size, it has a very rich cultural heritage. The natural beauty is to be experienced and is beyond verbal narration. See below to have an idea about the shape and size of Nepal.
