How to Order

Stitch Witch offers several ways to place an order.  You may choose whichever is most convenient for you.  Your options are as follows:

• Use the "Add to Cart" button found with each pattern you wish to purchase.  When you are finished shopping, click the "View Cart" button found at the top of any pattern page.  You will then be taken to a secure Mals-e shopping cart to complete your transaction.

• Write your mailing address, the item number, description, and quantity on a piece of paper, and mail it with a money order or cashier's check to:  Paula Liby, 6539 Dorr Street L-3, Toledo, OH, 43615.

• Send an e-mail to Stitch Witch Orders, stating the item number, description, and quantity, and your mailing address, then send payment to the address listed above.

• It is not advisable to send cash through the mail.  If you choose to do so, please be aware that it is at your own risk, and make sure it is well-concealed within the envelope.

• Sorry, but no personal checks are accepted at this time. 

The Stitch Witch Shipping Policy -- Your order is guaranteed to ship within 3 days of receipt of payment.  PDF file orders will be filled via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  All other orders will be shipped via standard mail, unless you specify otherwise.  Please contact me in advance for alternative shipping charges.

All Stitch Witch patterns are available in either a downloadable PDF (Adobe Acrobat) file that I will email to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment, or as a paper hard copy which I will mail to you.  A $0.75-$1.50 per item shipping and handling charge is included in the listed price of all hard copy orders, depending on weight of item.  If ordering via postal mail, please specify which option you would like.  If ordering the PDF, please don't forget to include your email address, and make sure it is legible!
