Now you can download a variety of OFWC forms directly to your computer where you can fill them out and print them. Follow the directions below to obtain the desired forms
NOTE: Many of the forms are Microsoft Word files. While you can download these files without Word, you will NOT be able to open or use them in any other application.To download any file, click on the desired link below. The file may open right away, and you will have to save it to a directory on your computer. In some instances, you may have to change the name of the file in order to save it. In that case, just add your initials to the end of the filename and click Save.
Alternatively, you may first see a window that asks you to indicate where you want to save the file on your computer. Click Save this file to disk, Click OK, and indicate the directory on your computer where you want to save the selected file.
When you leave the web site and look in your computer's directory, you will find the file(s) you selected!

Warning! If you have trouble downloading these files, be sure you have used the new website address - www.gfwcohio.org . The old address (with angelfire,etc) will let you access most pages, but will not let you download forms. |
