My author name over at Fanfiction.net is Lithrael. My author page used to conveniently bookmark a few of my favorite stories over there, but that function appears to be down right now... Most of them are MummArch of course. Not one to abandon my favorite stories, here are a few links to fic there.
Glay's Summer on the Moon is probably the best MummArch fic out there. Occasionally the language gets a little abstract, and I'm sure the author's first language isn't English, but the story is quiet and poetic and genuinely lovely.
Silvormoon's My Father is more about Oikawa than anyone else, but Mummymon & Arukenimon play very solid supporting roles. This is probably the most satisfying AU fic I've ever read. Even if Yuki-chan does like girls in it.
Son Rhandi's Power is a Black Dog mixes the kind of primal fear you get in medeval fairy tales with the sweet, desperate doofiness of Mummymon for an alternate 02 finale that leaves the Digidestined just standing there going "ye gods."
Waiting is a short, sweet little conversation between Mummymon and a certain unripe tomato.
Confiding to a Leafmon is a short, sweet little conversation between Mummymon and a sympathetic Leafmon.
Key-Seeker is an AU version of Digimon 02. Mummymon & Arukenimon get involved around chapter 5, and are written very well. If ff.net is down, Silvormoon's stuff is archived here too.
Silvormoon's got a whole lot of stuff that's worth reading, actually. Other fics involving Mummymon, Arukenimon and Oikawa as supporting characters include This Changes Everything, another AU fic where Ken comes to his senses about ten episodes early, and The Great Experiment, a fic set after the end of 02. If we're lucky she'll write the rest of it.
Red denial, Blue romance is written to match the style and age pitch of the US version of Digimon. It's in script format, which is pretty appropriate for the story; it reads just like an episode. It supplies a happy fate for the pair.
Comrades is a script format romp with lots of raunchiness and laughs.
the Quarterfinals of the Pokemon Fanfic League tournament open with Team Rocket sitting down to lunch with Arukenimon & Mummymon. A very fun little scene!
To Those Who Wait is a short reconfiguration fic that starts out with a rehash of Mummymon's last scene. I probably wouldn't have listed it here if I hadn't written it :)
The same goes for Alice's Selkie, which is just a rambling and very probably Mary Sue story about a human bugging Mummymon at the park.
The Bizarre Adventure of Mummymon & Arukenimon. Ehehehe. NC-17 and really earns it.
My own terribly explicit MummArch story, It Seemed Like A Good Idea at the Time, is archived both on Fanfiction.net and on the adult section of the MummArch Shrine. It's, uh... pretty heavy stuff ;)

Good fics for other characters:
Do the Right Thing is a fun daiken fic that delights in breaking down the barriers between authors and their obsessions. And it has lots of yaoi.
Newton's Third Law is just a very good Ken fic, presenting a very believable version of events we were never shown: Ken's first days as the Digimon Emperor.
