I know you tried your very best

To keep me from my final rest.

I know you love me very much

And felt it in your loving touch.

I'm having so much fun.

There's a meadow, flowers and lots of butterflies.

Someday I'll catch me one!

I run and play most of the day

With all of my little friends.

It's like I'm one year old again

And daytime never ends.

I know you're going to miss me

And I will miss you, too.

But Mom and Dad, I'm really happy

And I don't want you to be blue.

To keep you company.

I don't want you to be all alone.

That's not the way that it should be.

I'm so thankful that you first picked me.

I was so lucky to have you.

You always knew just what to do

To make my life complete.
