Throughout history our young men and women have been beckoned by posters and other methods to serve their country. And throughout history, they have responded with honor to serve in the armed services to protect the rights of all Americans.

Some have returned from wars as heroes, some maimed, some whole, but always received with open arms by their families and their country. Some never returned or were shipped back to be buried in their homeland. Their loss is grieved by many families across this great country. Maybe you have not had to bare this devistating loss, but they fought for your freedoms. Please, especially on this special day, Memorial Day...

REMEMBER THEM AND PAY TRIBUTE TO THEM

Have your picnics, cookouts or whatever with friends and family, but first; Visit your local cemetery or attended a special service in honor of those who gave their very lives so that you might enjoy the freedoms you do today.

As you look at these photos....think about what each headstone or tomb means to you and to those who are without their loved ones today.

PLEASE, DO NOT LET THE HORRORS OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 FADE FROM YOUR MEMORY. REMEMBER THOSE WHO'S LIVES WERE TAKEN AND THEIR FAMILIES NOW DEVASTATED. REMEMBER THE BRAVE FIREFIGHTERS, POLICEMEN AND POLICEWOMEN WHO DILIGENTLY SEARCHED FOR SURVIVORS. REMEMBER THE MANY THAT LOST THEIR LIVES IN THE PROCESS.
ONCE AGAIN, OUR SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN ARE ON THE FRONT LINES TO INSURE YOUR SAFETY. LIVES HAVE BEEN LOST AND THE BATTLE AGAINST TERRORISM CONTINUES. WE MUST STOP THE TERRORISM. THOSE RESPONSIBLE MUST BE PUNISHED IF WE ARE TO EVER AGAIN FEEL SAFE AND SECURE. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO LET DOWN YOUR DEFENSES. WE MUST BE ON ALERT. AS YOU GO ABOUT YOUR DAILY ROUTINE, NEVER FORGET THAT THE ATTACK ON AMERICA HAS CHANGED OUR WORLD AS WE KNEW IT.
